1. Order Troubleshooting FAQ's 

Q: Where is my order? 

A: If your order has not been delivered within the delivery window provided at checkout, we kindly ask for you to check your order tracking (if available) and if possible, allow a few extra days for delivery. However, we understand that you may need your order for a specific date so if this is the case, please get in touch with us directly via the marketplace you ordered from so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent or for a refund to be issued, depending on what is the best resolution for you. 

Q: I have received the wrong item

A: We sincerely apologise that your order was incorrect. Please contact us directly, ideally attaching a photo of the item you did receive, so we can make this right for you.

 

Q: My item is broken

A: We always try to ensure all parcels are packaged well to prevent any damage occurring in transit but on the rare occasion a mistake is made, rest assured we will do all we can to help you in this instance. Please contact us directly, ideally attaching a photo of the damaged item and the packaging if possible, so we can make this right for you. We do not need you to return the item to us.

 

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: We are happy to accept your return for any item purchased within the last 30 days and still in its original packaging. Please contact us directly for a return address. Regrettably we do not over free return postage unless we are at fault.

Q: Can I order in a specific colour?

A: Unless a specific colour is listed, you may receive a random colour pick item so please check listings carefully. Please message us if you would like a specific colour sent and we will do our best to send it. We cannot guarantee this as the colour you want may not be in stock.

 

 

Q: What is one size fits all?

A: This item will fit most people but we cannot guarantee it will be suitable for someone above size XL or below size XS.

 

Q: How quickly can you ship to Europe 

A: Delivery to Europe can take 7-10 working days. If you need the item quickly and are able to select the option of an expedited delivery service, that is a 1-2 day service and so we recommend you choose that option, as long as the estimated delivery dates given by Amazon match the date you need the item for.

 

Q: How quickly can you ship to the USA

A: Delivery to the USA can take up to 25 working days. If you need the item quickly and are able to select the option of an expedited delivery service, that is a 1-2 day service and so we recommend you choose that option as long as the dates given by Amazon match the date you need the item for.

 

Q: How quickly can you ship to Canada? 

A: Delivery to Canada can take up to 25working days. If you need the item quickly and are able to select the option of an expedited delivery service, that is a 1-2 day service and so we recommend you choose that option as long as the dates given by Amazon match the date you need the item for. 

 

Q: Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?

A: We can often often a discount if you are ordering in bulk. Please contact us via buyer-seller messaging with the quantity you require and we will be happy to consider a discount.
 

Q: Do you offer a discount for charities?

A: We can sometimes offer a discount for charities depending on what is required. Please contact us directly to discuss this further and provide your registered charity number.
