DOM PORTMAN

Founder/ MD

Dom graduated in 2012 with a first class honours degree in Psychology and went on to launch Boulevard in 2016. The company now has a growing team of 70 and two distribution centres, with sales and order fulfilment run by the company's leading tech platform, Eiger.

KAYAR RAGHAVAN

Advisory Board

Kayar, affectionately known as Rags, spent his highly successful career in banking, with roles including Senior Global Executive at Citibank. Rags is now a serial angel investor and as well as being an investor in Boulevard, Rags acts as a corporate advisor.

GREG TUFNELL

Advisory Board

Greg has had a highly successful career in retail with roles including CEO at Mothercare, MD at Burton and Director at Next. Greg is a corporate advisor at Boulevard, bringing with him extensive knowledge of retail.

NOP MANN

Head of Finance

Joining in 2019, Nop's career highlights have included lecturing for two years on international finance and banking at Prince of Songkla University in her home country Thailand. Nop has a keen eye for detail and using financial intel to influence business direction.

SOPHIE PORTMAN

Head of New Business

Sophie joined Boulevard in 2020 to expand the company’s product offerings and identify new market opportunities. As Head of New Business, Sophie and her team have taken the business from a single product category marketplace seller to now representing over 200 brands across 17 different categories and growing

JAMES LUSH

Head of Partnerships

James joined Boulevard in 2021 as Senior Business Development Manager. His ability to develop strong relationships with our suppliers and his strategic mindset led to becoming Head of Partnerships. James and his team are responsible for ensuring Boulevard is a great partner to our suppliers with our value add schemes and growing sales on a supplier by supplier basis.

JACK STEGGLES

Head of Revenue

As Head of Revenue, Jack leads the growth of the business by increasing the company’s market share on further marketplaces, introducing our growing customer base to new international territories and monitoring current trends. Jack’s level-headed approach has proven invaluable.

LUCY BLIGH

Head of CX & Communications

Having spent time as an account executive for a merchandising company, Lucy joined Boulevard as a customer service advisor, eventually becoming Head of CX & Communications in 2021. She oversees the activities of our network of couriers and assesses all points of contact with customers regularly, maintaining Boulevard's outstanding customer service.

CONNOR ANDERSON

Head of Operations

Connor initially joined Boulevard as a warehouse assistant in 2017. Now, Connor is at the forefront of the company’s growth, enabling the business to launch across new product categories through the optimisation of warehouse processes and increasing operational efficiencies with Boulevard’s in-house bespoke systems.

DEAN RUSSELL

Head of Commercial

As Head of Commercial, Dean collaborates with our supply chain to promote and develop existing operations in order to maximise growth. Dean has a wealth of industry knowledge and utilises this experience to help brand owners launch and promote their products across marketplaces.

ARNAUD CURCHOD

Lead Developer

Arnaud joined Boulevard in 2021. As Lead Developer, he gives technical direction to the tech team and works day to day on implementing new features in Eiger, the company's software platform.

G REIS

Software Advisor

G joined Boulevard in 2020 as a tech advisor, following other senior tech roles such as principal lead engineer for Chip, managing a team of developers on an AI led savings app.

GARY VINCENT

Business Development Manager

Gary is well known in the toys & games and partywares industries having spent his career in business development roles for large distributors including Bristol Novelty. He now works as part of the New Business team and is responsible for identifying and sourcing products to launch across marketplaces.

GRACIE JARMAN

Business Development Manager

Gracie joined Boulevard in 2021 as part of our Product Data team. Gracie now works on bringing in new suppliers and onboarding new products from a wide range of categories. Her relationship management skills teamed with a background in data have proven valuable when onboarding new suppliers.

ZOEY ARNOLD

Senior E-Commerce Buyer

Zoey joined the team in 2021 from Npower where she worked as a Business Analyst. She has previous experience in process mapping and analysing data. As Senior E-Commerce Buyer, Zoey works closely with her team to to identify and optimise targeted product opportunities

Holding previous roles in

E-commerce, Will joined Boulevard’s buying team to help identify key buying opportunities and communicate and negotiate with our supplier network.

LUCY REED

Finance Manager

Lucy is a finance graduate who initially joined Boulevard as Account Assistant. Now, Lucy is responsible for our daily reporting and managing the day to day operations of our finance team.

JESSICA SMITH

New & Exclusive Business Development Manager

Having worked in previous roles in Business Management, Jess joined the New Business team in 2021. Jess works closely with brand owners to facilitate the launch and promotion of new brands and products across marketplaces.

BOBBY ALLEN

Senior PHP Developer

Bobby joined the Boulevard team in early 2022 as part of the fast growing development team. He has been coding since he was 13 and has gone from front end to full stack. He has a keen eye for design & loves learning new things

Software Dev

Lucy is a finance graduate who initially joined Boulevard as Account Assistant. Now, Lucy is responsible for our daily reporting and managing the day to day operations of our finance team.

Operations Manager

Aurelia was Boulevard's first employee back in 2016! Today, she works alongside Connor as Head of Operations, taking a lead on courier management and resource planning.

HR Manager

Heather ensures Boulevard's talented team are in a friendly and safe environment, maintaining compliance with all legal HR requirements.

ALICE WHITE

Customer Service Assistant

Alice is Boulevard's all rounder - she has worked on returns, CX and admin since joining in 2018. Today, she typically works in the CX team, ensuring customers receive an industry leading level of service.

TOM PHILPOTTS

Product Data Supervisor

Tom joined Boulevard in 2021 from a previous role as a Software Support Executive. Tom was the first member of our Product Data team and now supervises Product Data Executives working with data from new and existing suppliers.

LYNDSEY PROBERT

DC Manager

Lyndsey manages Boulevard's 34,000 product distribution centre in Warndon, Worcester. She oversees all functions of the DC and advises senior management on performance.
